How Chronos measures outbound reply rate and win rate
Chronos reports reply rate as replies divided by messages sent in a sequence, and win rate as closed-won deals divided by closed deals, both calculated per workspace from the product's own data. The metrics shown in the homepage dashboard preview are illustrative sample values and are not customer records.
Reply rate definition
Reply rate is the number of unique prospects who replied to a sequence divided by the number of messages successfully sent in that sequence, shown as a percentage. Automatic replies such as out-of-office notices and bounces are not counted as replies.
Win rate definition
Win rate is the number of deals marked closed-won divided by the total number of closed deals (closed-won plus closed-lost) in the same period. Open deals are excluded, so win rate only reflects deals that have reached an outcome.
Sequences active count
Sequences active is the number of sequences in a workspace that are currently running and scheduled to send at least one more step. Paused, drafted, and completed sequences are not included.
Data sources and time window
All metrics are calculated per workspace from Chronos's own sending, reply, and deal-stage records, including deal stages synced from connected CRMs. Unless a different range is selected, figures cover the trailing 30 days.
Limitations
Reply rate and win rate vary widely by ideal customer profile (ICP), channel mix, and sending volume, so figures from one workspace should not be treated as a benchmark for another. The homepage dashboard uses sample data to illustrate the product and does not represent real customer results.
